Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, sales, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally range from:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Uniquely Morena is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Uniquely Morena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of our haircare and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- An item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- Your order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
We recommend reviewing all ingredient information before purchasing and performing a patch test before full use. Because skin and hair sensitivities vary by individual, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or personal dissatisfaction with a product.
